After moving to Portland in 2006, I began work on this album with new musical friends, partners and very cool studios like Kung Fu Baker; home of Death Cab for Cutie, The Decembrist and so many other national acclaimed artists. Getting to work with and learn from co-producer, uber-guitarist Tim Elliis was one of the many highlights; not to mention the studio cats that were all, all amazing. We collectively took 12 of my original songs, found their voice musically and created some fine tracks. enjoy
